Comminsignia, a Californian startup, raised $15m in funding. They provide vehicle to everything (V2X) hardware and software solutions assisting road owners and operators with real time traffic data to improve road safety and efficiency. More here.

Zepp.solutions a Netherlands started, received $2.2m in grant funding. They are building a hydrogen fuel cells systems factory. More here.
H2 Green Steel, a Stockholm startup, raised $1.6b in funding. They are building a green steel plant. More here.
3D printing
Kind Designs, a Miami startup, raised $5m in seed funding. They use 3D printing to print seawalls which mimic coral reefs and mangroves. More here.
Buildings
Andorix, a Canadian startup, raised $40m in debt and equity financing. They are a smart building systems integrator for real estate properties. More here.
Construction
Simino, a German startup, raised a round from UBS. They provide a SaaS solution for construction management.
Electrification
Lumen Energy, a San Francisco startup, raised $11m in Series A funding. They help commercial real estate owners identify and deploy clean energy systems. More here.
Wirelane, a Munich startup, raised $12m in extended Series B funding. They develop, plan, deliver and operate charging infrastructure and offer a full suite of services including a digital management platform and consumer facing payment solutions. More here.
Skyqraft, a Swedish startup, raised $3.8m in funding. They unlock data from routine energy infrastructure inspections to guide maintenance and investment activities for power grid owners. More here.
Other
Realm, a New York startup, raised $9.7m in funding. They have a data hub for home owners and a marketplace for home improvement. More here.
Envisics, a UK startup, raised $100m in Series C funding. They offer in car technology projecting navigation, safety alerts and data onto the inside of the windscreen. More here.
Note: These systems are important for road construction safety. Notifications can be sent to ensure drivers are aware of upcoming road works or changed traffic conditions.
Acquisitions
Cemex, the building materials company, is exploring the sale of its Dominican Republic business. More here (paywall).
ISN, a Texas based provider of contractor and supplier management solutions, acquired Transparency-One, a Boston based supply chain mapping platform. More here.
